This page documents how end users opt in to receive SMS messages from Sabatini Fitness LLC, including the consent checkboxes and disclosures shown at each opt-in surface.
Web Form Opt-In
Users visit our opt-in form, enter their mobile number, and check two separate, unchecked consent boxes: one for transactional messages (appointment and session reminders, booking prompts, confirmations, and billing notices) and a separate, optional one for marketing messages (classes, events, and promotions). Message frequency varies — transactional up to 25/month, marketing up to 15/month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Event Registration Opt-In
Event attendees complete our event form, which redirects to our Liability Release Waiver. The waiver contains the same two separate, unchecked consent checkboxes for transactional and marketing messages.

Text Keyword Opt-In
Users text the keyword JOIN to (817) 552-5684 to opt in to marketing messages and receive this confirmation: ‘Sabatini Fitness: You’re in for classes, events & promos! Up to 15 msgs/mo. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.’
