Getting Started...

Our Introductory Personal Training Session consists of a 30-minute one-on-one consultation aimed at defining your goals, conducting a body composition scan, and discussing the methodology of training. In the next 60 minutes, we'll go through a full training session that includes a warm-up, workout, and cool-down!
